Bottled 38 bottles of cider tonight. We took a few months off from making booze not by choice, but because it was too hot to do so. The fermentation process requires the environment to be within a certain temperature range. So, we are going to be making booze like crazy while the weather allows. We have a list of both old standby recipes (of our own) and some more experimental ideas.

Each bottle of tonight’s booze came out to about 10% abv. To give you an idea, a typical beer is around 4-5%. Just one of these we made will more than suffice.
